100,000 Dead In Iraq [alternet, Guardian]

This was a really powerful thing to post Peter. We're so desensitized to this stuff. All of those smiley faces above represent people like me and my children and my mother and father. People forget that civilians means people like you and I.

That's exactly it -- we ARE so desenitized. These people did nothing to deserve this and now they're dead. The statistics also show that 50,000 of these Iraqi's were woman and children... and the blood's on our hands.
But I guess it doesn't matter -- they don't shop at Macy's and drive SUV's.
